Are the alternator nuts and cupped spacers (or washer?) on the pulley end, the same for an alternator and a generator? thanks !!!  PDT_Armataz_01_37

The nut and shim washers are the same.

And  I think the cup spacer is too.  Although I know there are 2 different heights.  One is a couple mm taller.

thats not what i wanted to here! I'm having trouble getting my pulley on my alternator.  I have a cup spacer off a generator, but when i try and put it on the alternator it sticks out to far and there are no threads to put the nut on?  i'm guesing my afermarket pulley is thicker than s standard one?  Does an aluminum pulley require a diffrent cup spacer? I guess this is the question I should of asked in the first place!!

this is the pulley I have?
