Hey. My starter is acting weird. On full charge, it seems to spin before it shoots out, so it just spins on the face of the flywheel. When the battery gets low, it works great. They guy I bought the buggy from has like a 1/2" starter cable on it. Is this a starter problem, or is it simply getting too much juice? Any ideas? Thanks everyone
