Looking to buy an early beetle transmission. Needs to work.. replacing one that pops out of 1st.

I have a working when pulled from a bus, good condition tranny... swing axle.
it just needs the diff swapped to work in a Beetle.

I have a few sets of short beetle axles.
Unfortunately no long axles.
