Project: Manx Clone / Learn To Weld
« on: February 24, 2007, 07:52:50 PM »
So, I found a old Manx clone body on Craiglist and I had an IRS/Balljoint pan kicking around. Anyway, heres where Im at;

New pans shortened and installed
Tunnel shortened and reinforced
Seat brackets installed

My havent quite finalized my plan, I was thinking of maybe switching the panhead to linkpin. Maybe install an adjuster raised front end and 3 x 3 rear arms. Not sure yet. I just hope to finish it!

Heres some pics

I know looking at chassis photos is as exciting as looking at Silas three year old rusted out heater channels. However, posting photos keeps me going. Progress is progress trying to get this thing going for the summer.

Linkpin panhead installed and now its time to wire wheel, seal and paint. Then move on to brakes and suspension.

Pics

PS: Dont make fun of my welds, they're getting better
