Seen in Tofino/Uclulet last week

Very nicely fixed up Westfalia Bus.  I believe it is a 1973.    I never got to see the owner but there were two distinctly interesting things about this bus.

1. All the large vents on the side of the bus leads be to believe it has a propane fridge (likely 2way or 3way) and a propane furnace, both of which I don't think are very common in the early 1970's buses, at least not that I've seen.

2. It had Quebec license plates!    Now that's quite the journey.   I would have loved to find out if original engine or is it a Subaru replacement or something.   Maybe just a really well-done rebuild but either way, not a lot of 70's buses making trips like that these days.   I was quite impressed.
