Engine Stands?
« on: September 08, 2003, 01:38:24 AM »
Hey DIY guys, I'm looking around for an engine stand to use for my type 1 project engine. I was wondering what types you might recommend? So far as I know, the \"H\" type is the best, not tipsy. Any suggestions/things I should also be aware of?

Nope, got a new tranny on the way so everything is out right now. Also in the process of making the rear apron removable.

Haha, definitely a \"he\"... Brian go ahead & sell it to James, I unfortunately don't have the luxury of a bench, just the cold outside of my basement suite, at least the area's covered by the porch :D  So, by the looks of things those three wheeled stands look pretty tipsy, too bad 'cause they tend to be cheaper.

Sometimes I get the feeling the whole world is against me, but deep down I know that's not true. Some smaller countries are neutral.
