seems pricey for a block that may or may not be any good! it's got a youtube video of it running... no exhaust so you get to hear it in it's glory... sounds like it's got a bad case of gas!

Guy doesn't know two things. It's a 1200cc engine, not 1100. And he'd be extremely lucky to get $200 for it.
