Windshield wiper washers

Anybody know what washers etc are needed to install the wiper arms? The book just shows them with no details.
9 years and counting....

Arms on to the shafts?, just a wavy washer and the acorn nut, #16 washer and #15 nut here (20 & 21 are later bay):

What is a wavy washer? The one that is a lockwasher but not the split one?

Also called a spring washer: https://www.cip1.ca/ProductDetails.asp?ProductCode=VHD-N12-2262-100 Home Depot may have them as well if you only need a few.
