good shop to rebuild my squareback?
« on: October 10, 2016, 09:36:45 AM »
Hey everyone,

I recently picked up a 67 squareback which is in a partial state of reassembly after having some motor work done. Unfortunately I do not know what was done, or how well, and the car has been sitting like this for some time. I am not even sure if I have all the parts to put it back together.

Is there any shop, or individual, who would be able to take on a project like this (one which won't cost me an arm and a leg)?

I would really like to get the car back together this winter so that I can drive it next spring/summer and I just know I am not going to have the time to do it myself.

Here's some pics for attention. :)

I know that car, Kris K build the motor, its complete and new never been fired, the car was owned by dave aka the bike shop, he sold it to a fellow named jason and you must have got it from him.
It was from edmonton, the airriders brought it out  a number of years ago for the great canadian and the motor blew, they had to leave it here.
It will need a inspection because it was out of province and the motor needs to be broken in and some rocker welding and a new windshield i think?
had lots of new parts in that thing! Good luck, neat project.
