Hey Darren.

They've changed our Secret Street in Calgary to be street cars only.  No open headers allowed on Fridays.  They open the track up on Wednesdays for that.  However, our club has an outstanding relationship with Race City.  They give us our own lane for this show.  I'm sure we could arrange an exception for you to run the Pro-Mod that night. It would be awesome to see run here.  The car is bitchen',  but then again, all your cars are.  Whatever you choose to bring, we'll appreciate here.  We'll just be happy to see you guys from the other side of the continental divide.

Seeing as the events take place throughout the city, I'd probably recommend one of the drivers though.  Race the Ghia!

Funny enough, we had a stock, unrestored 56 kombi run here a few years back, that ran the slowest recorded time at Race City...29.56 seconds.  The clock stops at 30 seconds.    They opened the windows and were waving at the people in the stands.  I'm sure the Ghia would be fine.

I'm all for you running the Pro Mod.  If you are bringing it, please let me know so I can make the arrangements with our track.

Glad to have you in Cowtown!
