Any local Kadron rebuilders, or experiences from U.S. ones?

Needing someone to rebuild my dual Kadrons, seen low bugget and kaddie shack, but anyone locally doing them?

Don't be afraid. The Karon Solex are very simple carburetors.
Get the carb rebuild kits, and you can rebuild them yourself.

there seems to be lots of play in the shafts Cam, not sure i'm up to that.

Do them yourself.  Sound like you need new or rebuilt throttle plates.  CIP has new.  Or you could buy rebuilt in the US. Beyond that the carbs are simple.  Get a good quality kit.  Any slop in the linkage?

Now if you could find decent bushings and your throttle shafts are good,  all you need is a bushing reamer and you could do it for a fraction of the cost of new throttle plates.  And gain some knowledge to boot. Take one plate apart and see what is in there.
