i was looking at the top 10 and i noticed that most of the cars on the top ten are from 65? is there any reason why that is??

Good abservation Matt, Yes 65 Beetles weigh about 750lbs less thatn the othe models. They also changed the front end in 65 and it is feather light , Cars were flipping over so in 66 they went back to the regular Steel Beams. ;)

Hey Matt, yes different years do weigh in at differenet amounts. My car weighs in at 1470lbs WITHOUT me. I have not made it into a Gutwagen either which is suprising.

65 was the last year of K&L front beam - in 66 they were changed to a ball joint front. In my opinion a 66 is an awsome year as I like the ball joint simplicity.

Damn scratchy....you must weigh about a buck ten if you think if you think 187 lbs is fat (x4 for all the math wizards out there).......
