Changing Handbrake Cable / Shoes

I am working on the bug tommorow, trying to find out the problem with handbrake / rear drum brakes, now if they need changing bearing in mind never tried anything like this before :blink:  :blink:  anyone got any useful advice before I do this.

Sorry forgot to mention it's a 65 bug.

Well my only advice would be make sure if you dive in you have all the parts you need at hand. Nothing sucks more then getting involved a project and not being able to finish since your short on parts.
If more power is better. Then too much is just enough.
Why do it once when you can do it thrice?
