anyone know what rpm it starts to advance and what rpm its all in as well as total advance in unit

I've seen them start advancing at 900rpm, but I think they are supposed to start around 1100.  Then at 1500rpm I see a plateau where they stop advancing until about 1800-2000.  Then they start advancing again and are all in by 2500rpm.  Most of the ones I checked gave 22
