Carb Question

Hey, Can I bother you guys for some free knowledge ?
I came across these on the Bay and would like to know if a) they were or are a good carb set up for same a nice street 1776 or 1914 and (B) what would be a reasonable price to pay /

I saw those too.  They are at 355.00 US with an hour left.  IMHO they look a little rough,  yadda yadda.  Who knows if the throttles leak, or if they have been beaten on to put in/remove. A little pricey for sight unseen carbs.  Other than that, they are real nice smooth running carbs (for those old school guys).
