Gene Berg Memorial Cruise
« on: July 28, 2003, 06:16:42 PM »
We (DVKK) would like to invite everyone to join us in welcoming the Gene Berg Memorial Cruisers to Vancouver Aug 13th. As in the past year we will drive to the 176th and 8 ave and wait at the Cambell River Corner Gas station. A few people will cross the border and lead the cruisers to the meeting location where everyone is welcome to join in.

We will follow 176th up to the #1 Hwy and head west to the Cariboo exit and head east on Lougheed to North road, turn right and the Best Western Coquitlam Inn is on the left.

We should have 20-30 People in the Berg Cruise and many many more join us along the way.
If you are going to join us lets hear and post below.

The more the better!

Moni: You better have that bug working I need someone else whose stock to be parked beside in the show :D

No we aren't doing the berg cruise now, Mike has it in his head we may fly off in a whim and do it,  but I really doubt that.  I just have too much unpacking to do and Mike wants to try and get his 911 set up done by the show and yadada ;p

Hey James, Kim probably wont be going for the greeting. I can give ya a ride just let me know. The ghia will be staying clean, so we will take the Jeep. Its amazing how rumors start because I heard just about the oposite regarding being easy. Remember, just because I give you a lift, doesnt mean Im going easy on you at the track!

Hey Brian, I just found out I am taking my Niece and Nephew to the zoo today, I'll likely be taking them down to see the cars after so I won't need a ride, thanks for the offer though - see you there.
