Front drums on 70's pan
« on: June 23, 2015, 03:24:27 PM »
My drivers side front seems to drag . I adjusted the brakes on that side . It is okay for a few days but then starts to rub on the drum again . The wheel gets super hot . No leaks @ the wheel cylinders , springs are all good . Fluid is okay maybe a bit old . Any help , thanks .

Yeah I can see the tabs when I pull off the inspection rubber plugs . Usually I use a screw driver and back them off a bit . Can a wheel cylinder work better when cold then act up when hot ? I got a quote from Burnaby Autoparts $40.00 for wheel cylinders , German made .

Collapsed brake line . The original looks fine .....? Guess I'll do both sides .
