Fixing Where My Master Cylinder Bolts Up

Hey guys. I'm looking for someone or something to help me repair where my mc mounts up. Mine the side of the passenger compartment is warped in due to tightening without crush sleeves. THe two ways to fix it that I know of is to pull the body and cut out the whole piece.. that seems like over kill. Or my idea is to cut out the piece that is warped weld in new piece and then drill the holes... Anybody know who woud do this for me? Bug could be towed to your place.. or driven depending on if you get back to me soon enough before I axe the insurance.

If more power is better. Then too much is just enough.
Why do it once when you can do it thrice?
