Great to see you coming out and showing your Bay Pride!

Any plans or keep it stock?

It needs a new motor first but later on I'm thinking stock with bigger tires and wheels for a kind of a semi off road look.

it looks like the old smoke machine/neon light/glitter maker that used to be in that famous bus from the 80's that was aptly named "the baylords rolling discotheque"! ;) or it could be some sort of hvac unit...?

either way...sweet ride hans!

Those are the brackets for allowing the rear seat to become a bed

Don't look like Zee brackets to me, I suspect it's a locking mount for a gun safe or some sort of strongbox.

OK I've modified my original post to try to clear up any picture confusion . In the last pic I'm asking if anyone knows what it is/was . I think Busdaddy may be on to something but I should add that it seems to have had power supply(red wire) from the battery and ground (green wire) .  I have no idea.

The battery tray has some surface rust . Thats the extent of the rust on this bus.

Zoinks!, that's a nice clean bus!

I hope you plan to do the vapor lines and filler neck while it's easy to get at the tank, a look at the sender wouldn't hurt either.

Ahhhhhh....those do look just like Zee brackets, nice score!

What's the little silver bracket screwed to the side of the LH wheel well?

That little bracket seems to be an adjustable stop for the "zee" back rest arm.

You are right. I won one once, and it came with this bracket. It's for a gun or valuables.
