I have this roof that looks like a Westy roof, but goes straight up and down rather than hinging. It has some homemade looking plywood glassed in at the front, but the canvas all looks pro. Is this some kind of homemade modification/repair or a proper alternative style of Westfalia roof?

Cheers.

Westfalia was not the only authorized camper company, there were many of them. Yours looks like it might be a Riviera.

Thanks for the heads up. I just did an image search on Riviera and I think you were spot on. (No wonder my "Westfalia roof" search showed nothing like that).

Anybody want to buy a Riviera roof?

as long as you don't need the upper bunk, the Riviera roof allowed for way more room inside when trying to move about.

I think I'd prefer it too but this is on a bus I'm parting out.

Riviera roof for sure, those are great because they fit any standard roof bus and have a bed up top. Shouldn't be hard to sell, someone makes canvas for them but I can't recall who right now.
